Our company was exhibiting at a tradeshow in Vegas, and my cake pops were delayed in delivery by a different company. I contacted Whitney, and she was able to get me 75 individually wrapped cookies with our logo stickers within 24 hours--and she delivered them to the hotel! I highly recommend Cookie Zoo! This is one of the best cookie spots in Vegas! Not to mention the brownies! I give these cookies as thank you gifts to clients, friends and family. Everyone raves about them. Those brownies though, soft, moist and delicious. This is a case of the presentation of the treats being equally as good as the flavor of them. I am in Chicago and I wanted to get cookies for our 5 Year partnership celebration for a tradeshow in Vegas. Most of the places were too busy or charged a ridiculous rush charge. The Concierge at the hotel recommended the cookie Zoo. I called and Whitney was professional and very helpful. She understood what I was looking for and her designer was able to create a diaper shaped cookie which was exactly what we needed! They came through on time with a beautiful and reasonable product! I've been ordering cookies from Cookie zoo for over 6 years from my youngest daughters college graduation party to my eldest daughters first baby shower granddaughter's birthdays. Latest to my daughters second baby shower!! They are always very professional kind never has let me down !!
These cookies are not only cute, they're delicious. Which is incredible! I've had cookies like these before where they look so "instagramable" but then they're hard as a rock and not super tasty. Cookie Zoo makes a great cookie! The service is wonderful, they even deliver! This is definitely my new go-to for whenever I need something pretty and tasty for an event !
Whitney - the owner and creator of cookies that look too good to eat and actually taste as good as they look - is AMAZING!! I was going to a dear friend's baby shower and thought it would be nice to bring some cute cookies. This sweet idea popped into my head a couple days before the baby shower though. Who am I gonna call??? The Cookie Zoo!!!! I did some online searching/Yelping and came across The Cookie Zoo; I am so glad I did!! I perused their website and was wowed by the various cookie designs! Whitney said my order could be done by the next day! YESSSSS!!! The ordering process was super simple. I let Whitney know the color schemes and let Whitney do her cookie magic. You can tell she is very experienced and talented at what she does!! Whitney was easily accessible through phone and email, and quickly responded to my initial inquiry! When I picked up the cookies, Whitney was flexible with the timing. If it was after hours, she was going to leave the cookies at Kanamaroo Indoor Playground for me to pick up. When I saw the cookies, I was blown away at how adorable they were!! Whitney was so sweet, she packed me a small bag of the sugar cookie scraps so I could taste how good the cookies were! These sugar cookies have the perfect amount of butter, sweetness, and light texture to them! I am definitely going to keep The Cookie Zoo in mind for future special events and occasions!!
